Here's the way Peter explains the Leads:

Peter says: You can think of what we do in the same way you would if you owned and operated your own factory. You would start out with raw materials. Then you would process these raw materials along a "conveyor belt", discarding the bad ones and keeping the good ones as they were processed down the line. At the end, you would shine and buff up the finished product. That's what we do. We start off with the raw materials…we call these our Unscrubbed or Database Leads. Then we start to process these Database Leads along our "conveyor belt" … we call that our "telephone profiling process". In essence, we interview each prospect...live over the phone. Some qualify, some don't. You get the ones that make it through our interviewing process. We discard the bad ones and shine and buff the good ones. We call the ones that "profile" The FRESH SCRUBBED LEADS. What makes a Profiled Lead?Our profilers telephone prospects and gather information that you might find helpful in Breaking The Ice and developing some common ground. In my mind, what makes a Profiled Lead is Interest in your story and the Ability to get into your business. Of course, you need to process the lead the right way. Each of our Fresh Scrubbed Leads fit that criteria when we interviewed them on the phone. Here are a few things to allow you to feel better about buying our leads:
We have FOUR basic types of leads. Pick what best fits your needs.Our best lead is our FRESH SCRUBBED or Pre-Qualified Lead. To create a Scrubbed lead we call prospects from our DATABASE and interview them over the telephone. We selectively qualify these prospects for interest in a home based business, what's most appealing to them about a new opportunity, how much time they have to invest, how much money they have to invest, what kind of work they do…and more. We advise these prospects that you will be calling within a few days…so it's not a cold call. The leads are less than one week old when you get them and they are sold to you with a 60day exclusive period for you alone to work them. Our next best lead is our AGED SCRUBBED Lead. This is the same Fresh Scrubbed Lead as above but now it's made available for you after the 60-day exclusive period has expired. You still get a great quality lead and can save some money per lead as well. Our next best lead is our DATABASE Lead. These are the prospect names we have in our files that are unscrubbed. They are the same types of people we will call. These are right for you if you prefer to qualify your own prospects…or you want to improve your skills without feeling like you are messing up. FRESH SCRUBBED LEADS are $10 per lead. The regular price is $15 per lead. You save money. You will own a 60-day exclusive on the use of these leads. You receive a detailed sheet showing the prospect's answers to the questions we ask! That makes it easier to customize your initial call! AGED SCRUBBED LEADS are $3 per lead. The regular price is $5 per lead. You save money. These leads have the same information as the Fresh Scrubbed Leads. These are usually from 60 days to 180 days old. Interestingly, the age of the Aged Leads doesn't seem to matter too much in the closing ratio. That makes sense, a good lead is usually always a good lead. DATABASE LEADS are 15˘ each. These come with name, address and phone number. Database leads without telephone numbers are also available for mailing purposes @ 10˘ per name on "peel & stick" labels.
